How can we help?



What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

I'm having trouble placing my order - can you help?

How do I place an order with AfterJam Collective?

Have a browse through our products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for future orders.

Can I edit my order?

Please read and check your order carefully before submitting it.

However, if you need to correct your order or delivery address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to make amendments prior to dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is processed.

Where can I order tickets for AJAM 23?

AJAM is the UK's largest ski, snowboard and après festival, so we don't blame you for wanting to get involved!

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We will always endeavour to dispatch items within 24 hours of placing the order. However, in times of high order volume, packing and dispatch may take longer. Shipping rates will be shown during the checkout process.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our Standard UK Shipping takes 3 - 5 working days (from dispatch) to arrive. Dispatch is usually within 24 hours however this is subject in times of high order volumes.

Upon dispatch, you should receive an email containing tracking information.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. In the case of you wanting a return or exchange, once your order has arrived you have 10 days to inform us and return your item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

We do indeed! Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Additional customs charges may apply. In this case, you will be contacted directly by customs so keep an eye out for their email.

My product is damaged/defective, what should I do?

Sorry to hear that your product was not as expected. Please send a picture of the issue, along with your order number to, and we'll be sure to find a great solution for you! :)

How do I make a return/exchange?

We're sorry your order wasn't as expected! There should be a returns label in your original parcel. If not, please return it to us, including a note with the details of the return/exchange and your order number.
