We will always endeavour to dispatch items within 24 hours of placing the order. However, in times of high order volume, packing and dispatch may take longer. Shipping rates will be shown during the checkout process, however Standard UK Shipping (3-5 working days from dispatch) is £3.99. Please note that we do not consider weekends and public holidays as a working day. Any orders made after 12.00pm (GMT) on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. If the order is made after 12.00pm the day before a bank holiday, it will be shipped the next working day.
When your order is shipped you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your order - providing the shipping option you have chosen includes this service.
If you have checked your tracking link and you still have a query about the whereabouts of your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds
All products being returned or exchanged must be in unworn condition and have all original packaging and tags intact.
If you wish to return a purchase for a refund or exchange, you must inform us and send the item(s) within 10 days from the date your order arrived, in alignment with our Refund Policy (below).
Please include a note with your returned item stating your full name, order number and details of the exchange or refund required.
Please note: refund & exchange requests may take up to 14 days from receipt of the returned item(s) to be processed.
We do not offer free returns, so return postage must be paid by the customer. To avoid issues with your return, please ensure that you return your items using a recorded, signed for or tracked service.
Mainland UK exchanges will be re-shipped free of charge.
Exchange requests for overseas locations will require additional postage charges to be paid by the customer. If you refuse a package that has been received by customs because you will not pay the tariffs or taxes, we will refund you the cost of the product after charging you for the shipping and additional fees required to return the package to us.

You have 10 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods, unless your goods are split into several deliveries over different days. In this case you have until 10 days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the last delivery to change your mind about the goods.
If you end the contract for any reason after products have been dispatched to you or you have received them, you must return them to us. You must email email@example.com for a return label if one does not arrive inside your parcel.
We will pay the costs of return if the products are faulty or mis-described; or a delay in delivery due to events outside our control or because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong. In all other circumstances (including where you are exercising your right to change your mind) you must pay the costs of return.
The return period during sale time is 10 days from delivery of the goods. Except in the circumstances set out above, please note that we reserve the right not to offer free returns or free delivery for any items purchased during sale periods.
AfterJam cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged items (except in the case of faulty Products).
AfterJam will not accept exchanges or refunds of products if the labels have been removed or tampered with. The removal of labels will void the warranty of the product. If you wish to return or exchange any items, the labels must remain intact.
Please note that all returns are undertaken at your own risk & cost, and we will not be held liable for any loss or damage to items during transit.
All products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them here at the AJ HQ.
