If you’d like the Seasonaire Care Package then just add it to your basket along with your other items. The Care Package’s are only valid for delivery to ski resorts in Europe outside of the UK. To qualify the shopping basket total must surpass £50 before postage is applied. If a discount is being used; the total must be over £50 after discount is applied to qualify for the care package.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you a confirmation email. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Please note that any information supplied to us, in the process of making an account with AfterJam and processing your order, will be held with the strictest of confidentiality and will not passed on to any third parties.
We always endeavour to send out your order the day we receive it (if received on a weekday). We ship using Royal Mail, and there is an option at checkout to upgrade to premium shipping within the UK if you’d like to receive your order ASAP. For orders within Europe we ship using Royal Mail too, however the option to upgrade is removed for European orders. For orders outside of Europe - contact us directly and we’ll arrange something for you! We include stickers in every order! We can not take any responsibility for the reliability or effectiveness of the postal services. In the case of lost parcels you will have to adhere to the terms and conditions set out by Royal Mail, or Parcel Force, or if special arrangements are made, an alternative courier. If a parcel goes missing we are not able to refund or send out a replacement without the completion of an insurance claim through the delivery service. If in the case of a lost parcel or goods you can let us know and we will endeavour to help you take the next relevant steps.
We accept card payments and payments via Paypal as well, so you can choose whichever is easiest for you! There is a flat rate UK tax of 20% which we include in all our prices so there are no additional price additions at checkout.
If you have a problem with your order you have to notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods, otherwise we will assume the order has been accepted & checked, you may not be entitled to a refund or reprint after this period. If notified within this time we will either offer a refund or to swap the item(s) depending on how many items are faulty or missing. Returned items must still have the tags on and any packaging they may have accompanied them.
All event tickets purchased on site are delivered via email. Tickets are non-refundable but are transferrable (the name can be changed via the link included in the email).
If you ask to be provided with custom artwork, we will be happy to oblige. Our design team will work on your design to your satisfaction. This service is offered free. All designs remain copyright of AfterJam Skis Ltd. unless expressly agreed otherwise.
The final artwork you send is what is used for printing. It is crucial for your satisfaction that the correct file is attached alongside the order form. AfterJam is indemnified by any errors in the finished work caused by customer supplied artwork. All artwork must be supplied as either vector files or high resolution .jpeg/.psd (300dpi+) at actual size. If no pantone references are given, the closest on screen matches will be made to print, all our monitors are calibrated regularly. Please note if artwork is supplied in RGB format it will get converted to CMYK for print. Artwork sent to us from yourselves or third parties for production purposes must be owned by you, or you must have permission to use them. AfterJam accepts no responsibility for infringing any copyright material that is supplied. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain all necessary licences required to respect intellectual property rights.

Items shall be delivered typically in 22 working days plus shipping from receipt of order form, delivered to the address stated on the order form. Our manufacturers take a break over the Christmas period, between 17/12 and 02/01. If your job has a deadline this must be stated clearly on the order form. A fee may apply if there is not enough time to complete your order under normal circumstances. If you do not advise AfterJam of a due date then we may not be able to accommodate your request, which will be looked at on a case by case basis. AfterJam takes no responsibility for costs incurred or loss of sales for not meeting the requested delivery date.
Any circumstances outside of AfterJam's control may also require an increase in turnaround time not factored into your original estimate (i.e. weather delays, force majeure, shipping error from supplier, etc.).
Quotations are valid for a period of 30 days. Prices quoted are based on the current rates and expenses at the time of the estimate; AfterJam reserves the right to increase prices to the customer. Additional costs incurred to AfterJam through alterations made at the customer's request shall be borne by the customer. This may include but is not limited to; garment changes, request to change delivery dates, or changes in the design.
The customer understands that all pricing quoted is including VAT.
Payment shall be made prior to manufacture of goods, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery charges are made by volumetric weight plus packaging costs and handling charges.
The majority of orders will be despatched using a service from P4D. Some goods may be sent with royal mail. AfterJam is not responsible for any damages or losses that you may incur through any of the delivery companies we use. If your goods are lost or damaged we will attempt an insurance claim through our providers. Claims may take up to 45 days.
Pay With Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Pay in  days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom,
- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. - Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in  days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
